Sleep Support Services

Initial Sleep Support ($225)

Prior to meeting, clients complete a detailed questionnaire to help me better understand their particular situation and goals. I find this questionnaire helps us make the best use of our time together. I then meet with clients for 90-minutes to gain a better understanding of the sleep challenges their child is having and discuss potential options for better supporting their child’s sleep.

I provide all clients with a set of comprehensive handouts & worksheets specifically related to the specific sleep goals and treatment plan we identify. These handouts will provide sufficient information for adjusting sleep habits and and implementing methods for improving your child’s sleep.

    • A preliminary online sleep evaluation which includes a questionnaire to help learn about you and your little one’s current sleeping situation and challenges

    • A 90-minute consultation that includes further assessment. This is where we get into the details of your current sleep goals, provide education, discuss the plan and realistic expectations and provide support for implementing your sleep plan to meet your goals.

    • Clients are provided with a tailored set of comprehensive handouts including resources and education to support your sleep goals (e.g., age-appropriate scheduling, strategies for managing bedtime, night waking, early morning waking, poor naps, and any other issues your family may be experiencing)

    • Initial Sleep Assessment and report - $225
