I'm Lauren and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in Vancouver, BC. I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and a Sleep Consultant Certification from the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. My work is primarily from a cognitive behavioural therapy framework and my approach is person-centered and solution-focused.

With over 10 years of experience in mental health and as a mother of one, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my work with individuals, parents, and families. I've held various counselling roles, including positions with community and university mental health, forensic mental health, severe mental illness, community brain injury, and inpatient and outpatient substance use support.
